Creating Interprofessional Readiness for Complex & Aging Adults (CIRCAA)
The Capstone Project
Learners (called Scholars) work with VGEC mentors and their fellow Scholars on a capstone project over the course of the program. Scholars work to develop, implement, and evaluate an interprofessional curricula or practice-based action plan of their own choosing, by incorporating the content and experience provided by the program. To summarize the project, scholars create and present a project poster for the graduation event in May. Below is a list of some recent project titles, demonstrating the wide variety of professional settings and disciplines that have participated in CIRCAA.
