Survey the local flora and fauna, and trace the ecological changes that have come with increased settlement. Learn about the campaign to create the first National Park in the east and the personal sacrifices residents made in order to make Congress'1926 'novel experiment' possible. Get some fresh air on a variety of expert-led walks and short hikes while basking in the splendor of the park's natural beauty."
